Defining scope, Budget and Strategic plans for projects.

Prepare detailed progress reports for the OSP/FIBER projectsrepresent and discuss it with the stakeholders.
Review, Desktop analysis and validation of data submitted bycontractors.
Managing turnkey MOI Project by using Microsoft Project.
Complete electrical tests, periodic inspections with electrical testingand pre-commissioning activities
Managing the Risks and log them in Risk register.
Conducting periodical review of employee performance, rewarding &disciplining.Provide technical support and training to field staff.
Ensure project adheres to a set schedule and is meeting the goals ofthe client.
Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, eSurvey and propose design for long distance routes(Direct Buried, Median, Paved, Un paved, Village, Cities, Culverts, Wadi, HDD, Road Crossings, …etc.) and suggest the best route withless utilities and services by using Tremble and required software’s
Make survey reports and review design to gain approval.
Follow up the civil and Fiber works (Pulling, Splicing, and Testing).
Prepare RFI with hand over the sites as per client policies.
Managing Telecom turnkey project.
Oversee the spare parts to make of availability of adequatematerials for all networks on time.
Assure civil and fiber work matched with client standards.
Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications.
Supervise the site from starting up to end.
Enter information into and manage the project databases.
Facilitate communications between office and field staff
Prepare the As-Built drawings, BOQ’s and binders.
Attend the client meetings and work to achieve goals.
Documentation, Management, Daily reporting and quality process.
Survey sites and make a Design for OSP - FTTx Network
Assure Civil + Fiber works matched with client standards.
Preliminary survey work for all different sites (OSP + FTTx + FTTH +FTTM + Key Accounts).
Supervise the civil works from (Survey, Design, Implementation, Backfilling)
Supervise the fiber work (Pulling, installing terminals, splicing, termination and testing from Exchanges)
Tracking and testing the fiber routes by OTDR, and Power meter.
Test the Exchange routes, ODF, and OLT’s.
Prepare the red lines and As-Built drawings and BOQs.
Prepare all Baldiya Papers and requirements to extract Permits.
Attending all the Clients meetings and works to achieve goals.
Modify the losses of signals by OTDR and test all units by OpticalPower Meter.
Ability to use all related materials and equipment’s (Power meter -OTDR - Splicing Machine - Power source - Laser source…etc.
