• Review, analyze and approve all time schedules submitted by the contractor (Baseline schedule -Updated Schedules - Recovery Schedules - Revised Schedules).
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Prepare (Project progress status, S curves / KPIs, Manpower, Critical work packages status, forecast and trend analysis).
• Develop Projects Dashboards.
• Delay analysis with mitigation actions.
• Progress meetings, workshops, and brainstorming meetings with involve stakeholders to get recommendations and actions needed to be taken to improve the progress rates and avoid delays.
