I am a Business Development & Marketing Consulting Specialist working as a Managing Partner at Oskam MarketPro, my Marketing Consulting Firm.

i posses over 18 years of business experience locally and outside Uganda. My work experience is rooted in Mobile Telecommunications, Banking & Finance Sector, Insurance & Risk Advisory and the Manufacturing (Cement) industry. I have undertaken Marketing & Sales management roles in Stanbic Bank Uganda, Uganda Telecom, National Insurance Corporation Ltd, Keystone Bank PLC Nigeria (successor to Bank PHB Plc), Orient Bank Uganda, BPC Chemicals and Kampala Cement Company Ltd.

I have successfully has taken on various Business Development and Marketing Management Consulting roles with Commercial Banks, Hotel, Tourism & Hospitality Industry, Universities and Manufacturing Companies.
i am currently the Lead Business Development Consultant for Kampala Cement Co. Ltd, a USD $100m fast growing Cement Manufacturing Giant in East Africa, Builders Yard Uganda Ltd, Multiple Industries Ltd and Multiple Racing Team Hospitality Director Uganda.

I have worked with top executives to help them make better decisions, convert those decisions to actions and deliver the sustainable success they desire.

I studied a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce Makerere University graduating with the BBA Honors degree in 1998. I obtained his Associateship to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) UK in July 2001, Membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) in 2012. He was granted Chartered Marketer Status in December 2013 from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. I am set to graduate with a Master’s in Public Administration and Management (MPAM) specializing in Institutional Governance & Leadership from Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU).
