Main responsibilities of the job:
• Achieve an excellent level of suspect, prospect and customer satisfaction with Floorworld.
• Providing an accurate and timely quotation which meets Floorworld quality standards. As well as excellent order processing procedures.
• Recording all inquiries and follow them to purchase, as well as identifying any reasons for lost sales.
• Coordinating with outdoor sales personnel all enquiries which will require office visits to close the sale (commercial clients).
• Follow payment and credit approval procedures as well as raising sales invoices to be processed by the warehouse team.
• Coordinate with Floorworld personnel in Dubai to ensure problem free installation of all orders.
• Deal with customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
• Coordinating job installations as well as reporting non delivery and customer complaints.
• Receiving and updating orders from external sales representatives.
• Provide market intelligence on competition, distribution, product trends, pricing etc.
