Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
• To maintain and operation of real state and residential buildings.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of all common facilities and equipment.
• Close monitoring all water pumps, jokey pumps booster pump (Grundfos), and the heat pump to insure the normal operation and maintain the temperature 28ºc of the swimming pool.
• Daily routine of all common area in the club house, GYM, meeting room, function room, cafeteria, pump room, electrical room etc. write down to the daily checklist and submit to my supervisor, and attend complained from the tenant.

• Maintenance and operation of DU Core landing station telecom facilities
• Perform daily routine for all air condition units: package type, Split type, ducted type, Close Control Unit (CCU Emerson Liebert brand) for data center communication equipment room and humidifier, and related electrical works.
• Maintain the 3 Generators 560KW/700 kva, (SDMO-Volvo Engine) are working normally in case of emergency.
• Close monitoring of UPS DC system 240vdc (Emerson Network Power) which is supplied for the computer room.
• Assessment regularly to the contractor for testing the Rectifier Dc system -48vdc 160 Kw.
• Monitoring of BMS for all equipment, CCTV, door access control, Vesda fire alarm system, Energen fire alarm system, all air-condition units, generator, water pump, water leak detector in the fiber optic chamber
• Conduct schedule for plant preventive maintenance as per the schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Operation and Maintenance of offices and residential building facilities Dubai Festival City and golf course.
• Perform daily routine of Air-condition for meeting room, call center, barge show room and, cinema room, and common area like Club house, gym, water pump for swimming pool (Grundfos).
• To maintenance water pump of golf course sprinklers.
• Daily data logging and submit to supervisor.
• Preventive maintenance as per the schedule of all Air-conditioning units, and related mechanical works.
• Installation for additional new air-conditioning units, expert to do brazing work techniques, and electric welding, re-processing replaced new compressor units.

Our responsibility is to keep well maintained the cold product dispenser of Nestle Philippines.
We do a regular checkup of our customer’s product outlet Nationwide.
We provide a regular maintenance and to educate our client of how to used and how to care of our
product
I Work before as a refrigeration technician in their workshop at the main office in Makati City.
I repair the defective units, troubleshooting, replacing new compressor units or reprocess,
I do over hauling general cleaning etc.
I was assign also as a delivery of their new units.
