Code, Country of Origin, Net & Gross Weight, Quantity & Amount.
Ensuring timely receipt of shipment documents required for custom
clearance (Bill of Lading/Air Waybill/Consignment Note, Commercial
Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Health Certificate,
Phytosanitary Certificate, Test Reports, TDS, MSDS, KUCAS, GSO,
etc.) depending on the merchandise.
• Maintaining shipment schedule with ETD & ETA to track the status of
all import shipments. Organizing appropriate cost effective & time
efficient logistics via freight forwarders/shipping agents/courier
companies for all import shipments via Air, Road & Sea. Ensuring
timely receipt of CAN, payments & DO collection. Judicious follow up
of on back orders while updating precise ETD at origin port & ETA at
destination port in the system of all import shipments (LTL, FTL,
LCL, FCL, air cargo's, & console boxes).
