- Follow up with Sales Team and finance department to make sure business successful.
- Planning and enforcing budgets and delivery schedules.
- Keeping inventory records and purchasing items whenever necessary.
- Responsible of a Petty Cash for operations and maintenance needs.
- Training new hires and monitoring all employee performance.
- Customer service communication and intervening in case of problems.
- Changing and updating processes or policies that can be improved.
- Communicating with upper management and reporting the department’s
progress.

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Developing relationships with customers in person via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

- Identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Visit showrooms promote brands and follow-up with clients.
- Collecting money from customers.

- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
- Visit showrooms and promote the Al Safa brands, follow-up with clients
