Current Work:
*Production Executive in Dabur Egypt limited for cosmetic & health care
products (From August 2008 till now) with the following
responsibilities: - Lead, train and guide the production team.
- Supervise on production lines and Make sure to perform hygiene, safety, quality, and GMP roles.
- prepare day-to-day production plans and scheduals for manufacturing.
- Dealing with production issues.
- Accord the production affairs with the other departments and activate with them to hit the prepared plan/target.
- Enumerate the production wastage of raw and packing materials, and analyzing the reasons of wastage and put the action plan to decrease.
- Making daily reports (daily production, cleaning of production area, machine
breakdowns, accident records, training records, and appreciation records)
- check up on receiving the row materials and packing materials from the stores.
- Manage manufacturing persons and how much do they applying on the manufacturing steps, hygiene and quality roles.
- Make sure that the finish good takes an approval from the QA and then observe
delivering it to the stores.
- Picking out qualified persons who can operate and maintain the machines and apply the quality roles.
- keeping the production costs in normal rate without affecting on the standard of the products.
- Performing all SAP transactions related to production process: *process order creation (bulk P.O) & ( finish good P.O)
*making (MIGO) for the process order
* Process order confirmation
*goods issue (applying the finish good to the terminal inspection by quality)
* reviewing store stock of row material, packing materials to avoid any shortage of material, that may prevent production from achieving monthly target.
Chemist in Ceramics Company in (Q.C.lab) from June 2005 till 2005.

* University: Al Azhar- Assuite branch. * Education: Faculty of Science - chemistry department. * Date of certification: May 2003. * Final Grade: Good. * Diploma in biochemistry from Menoufiya University.
