- Maintenance of general, ledgers, sales invoices, vouching, store inventories and labor payrolls etc. all using Microsoft Excel, and Company’s software.

- Coordinate with auditors for closing of accounts and sales tax returns.

- All the documentation related to P.O’s, quotations, enquiries and official stuff manually in files and using Microsoft Word. Petty Cash Handling, Cash Withdrawal, Depositing with Banks.

- Periodic reporting to the management based on monthly management reports and weekly sales reports to provide accurate and timely financial and statistical information required by managers to make day-to-day and short-term decisions.

- Coordinated with banks to process loans withdrawals, repayments and related arrangements.

- Monitored accounts and finance department of the company to ensure day to day transactions are recorded accurately in system.
