Responsibilities: ✓ In charge of the front line supervision.
✓ Control the project quality, cost, schedule, scope and risk management in line with deliverables and objectives.
✓ Follow pro-active perspective to tackle project problems, through close risk monitoring.
✓ Co-ordinate, monitor and control work activities on site to achieve project deliverables and customer satisfaction.
✓ Participate in technical review meetings with sub-contractors.
✓ Tracking the project deliverables in light of project plan to avoid project delay.
✓ Provide regular accurate and timely daily/weekly report to the project team and insure all the project team members are on the track.
✓ Call, organize and chair regular (or irregular) progress review meeting with customer and sub- contractors.
✓ Provide professional, sound and valid technical suggestion when necessary to the project implementation team.
✓ Receive daily work reports from project team and subcontractor.
✓ Check the reports adequacy according to what exist on the field.
✓ Evaluate the performance of the project team.
✓ Receive all documents for the General Manager approval from section heads.
✓ Coordinate between different departments.
✓ Preparing the periodic meetings.
✓ Documenting the Minutes of Meeting.
✓ Projects supervision.

Follow materials request from ware house, movement and installation in the sites.
