Key Responsibilities:
• Leads yearly packaging suppliers’ audit plans and suppliers’ evaluation reference to Vendor Quality Index specifications
• Conducts the analysis, inspection, design, tests, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
• Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
• Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.

• Ensures quality through daily inspection of packaging material, and finished goods for all Hair Code products in accordance with Marico’s global requirements
• Executes internal Process Quality Assurance (PQA)audit plans, on all departments in the factory, to identify gaps and closures
• Monitors production to certify that different processes meet the standard quality specifications.
• Conducts waste control processes in order to reduce the cost of poor quality (COPQ)
• Maintains and updates specifications for all packaging materials and all artworks
• Examines all artworks pre, during, and post print proofs to confirm that it adheres to the quality and the NPD checklist.
• Manages the Quality Control (QC) team
• Assesses packaging development options in order to optimize quality and cost
• Applies statistical process control methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Mange and lead all safety tasks and coordinate all safety tasks with HSE team members.
• Lead safety tasks and legal requirement for factory license
• Following for Safety plan, and initiate the required document, safely work instructors
• Internal training plan regarding safety, firefighting, actually evocation drill.
