The operation includes standard service of the hotel, training the staff, logistic for the operation which includes ordering food and beverage, scheduling, solving guest problems, improve performance, enhance skill service for the staff, leadership, achieving the budget, implement new sales to the new growing market, implement the IHG vision in our service on staff and customers.
Supervisor:
• Supervise the operations of the Lebanese & Italian restaurants and the back of house operation which include handling laundry, documentary, store equipment, fuel and water. As well as managing the resort which includes supervising employees, providing cash flow, maintaining high quality of hygiene, reporting to the administration and preserving high standards of rules & regulations.
