Although out of the scope of my sales career, I chose this position to further hone my negotiation skills especially with unwilling customers. I have been very successful with this and am currently responsible for working with clients to resolve complicated debt issues, while maintaining comprehensive records of all customer information and interaction.

In this position I continuously contacted customers, explained the new UAE VAT laws to them, and assisted them with all registration procedures. We continuously monitored registrations and ensured the escalation of unusual cases to higher authorities. We also worked on training accountants of different entities regarding VAT law.

Promoting financial products of the company.
* Follow up the unpaid installments with client’s and collet them.
* Dealing with customers and explaining the regulations of loans and installments.
* Assigning loan contracts with customers and dealing with commissions, installments, and methods of
payment.
* Check loan contracts and paying installments.
* Coordinating with the Legal Department to follow up the unpaid installments.
* Making budgets for loan contracts in the domain of commercial and trading projects loans.
* Studying the financial situation of clients.
* Receive the payment of installments and consign it.
* Making receipt for payment.
* Training new officials and employees in Loans Department.
* Endure work pressure and work as team.
* Take credit decision for loans.
* Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports.

 Coordinate with the Logistic purchasing division and the vehicles companies to keep up the purchasing process .
 Prepare briefings of the purchasing process for the commander office .
 Follow-up the working process and establishing invoices with the purchasing division.
 Coordinate with the dynamometer division to examine the purchased engines
 Handling Office work, arrangements files, commander secretary.
 Preparing presentation dealing with PowerPoint - Microsoft office.
 Preparing and drafting documents typed by Word - Microsoft office.
 Schedule constructing and sheets arrangement by Excel - Microsoft office.
 Faxing, mailing, using printing machines.
 Computer Maintenance (Hardware & Software).

 Reconstruct different kind of engines
 Supervise the crankshaft turning after taking the right measurements
 Install repairing kits
 Examine engines after reconstruction on dynamometer
 Diagnose breakdowns of vehicles (Mercedes acctros - oshkosh truck- fiat trucks…..est).
