***Assets and warehouses accountant (JANUARY /2013-May/2014)
Duties include :
--Coordinate approval processes of all accounts payable invoices .
--Coordinate the end of month closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met and information is presented, and Preparing monthly financial reports .
--Implement financial systems (e.g., Oracle), develop functional specifications for approved enhancements, document changes and updates to the system, and identify and resolve unusual variances caused by complex Oracle financial systems .
--Review detailed analyses of fixed asset general ledger accounts, and forecast depreciation expenditure on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis .

--Prepare bank reconciliations and related journal entries, and a part of account receivable.
--Responsible for running payroll procedures for over 800 staff on a monthly basis .
--Ensured that all new employees were registered on the payroll system on a timely basis .
--Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff are paid on time .
--Processing expenses and overtime claims, Producing payroll reports .
--Undertaking calculations relating to payroll queries, maternity leave .
--Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data .
--Supervise on assets and warehouses Accountant and assisted with special projects as assigned .
