Heading a team of nearly 1000 employees, my duties convey managing all Custodial, Mail & Furniture Warehouse Services within Saudi Aramco’s Dhahran Project “Core Area, West Park, Light Industrial Parkway, Dammam Office Building & East Park and all Southern Area”. My duties mainly cover the following:
•Ensure that the overall janitorial operations are smoothly running as per proponents’ pre-approved operational plans within the specified KPI’s as well as review related schedules, submit reports, identify shortfalls & take necessary actions.
•Monitor the engineering team responsible for planning of all office modifications/rectifications/alterations according to design packages/plans “within 50square meters” as per contract.
•Leading team across Facility Management, financial and business at Saudi Aramco facilities. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure projects milestone were completed on time, on budget and with desired results.
