 Acquired Aston Martin from Ford Motor Company for GBP 500m.
Role:
 Trained and led 2 associate and 2 analysts to create financial models, analyzed valuations using public company comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF analysis etc.
 Directed external advisers, negotiated term sheets, structured transactions, performed due diligence and financial close.
 Implemented strategies which allowed us to win when bidding against other PE funds.

 Acquired a minority stake worth USD 230m in Djezzy Telecom (Orascom Telecom Algeria)
 Acquired a stake in Global Alumina (large Bauxite mines in Guinea)
 Invested in Franchise expansions: Hamleys (Toystore), Yo Sushi, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Morelli’s Ice cream

 Sourced investment deals for presentation to our investment committee.
