- Prepare routine journal & payment vouchers; sales, expenses, payments, adjustment etc. by using (Tran World) accounting Software.
- Making adjustments with payables & receivables, Issuing debit & credit notes.
- Ensure at month end that accruals, prepayments are maintained.
- Prepare on monthly basis Payroll & bank reconciliation.
- Reviewing non-routine vouchers before submission for further recommendation or approvals.
- Advising the finance Manager on financial priorities and liabilities.
