Supervising contractors’ work and selecting materials in accordance with the technical specifications book, receiving the implementation of the works, receiving operating tests for mechanical equipment according to international standards.
Following up the contractors, Analysis and check of mechanical design drawings including technical specifications of submittals, quality of MEP submission. Site Supervision including MAS approvals, review of shop drawings and inspections requests.
• Choosing the appropriate machines to purify, preserve and cool the milk in preparation for sending it for manufacturing and canning.
• Leading site engineering team and reviewing of mechanical design.
• Supervision for mechanical subcontractor in (HVAC & firefighting, water supply, water features, drainage, irrigation, lifts) construction and installation on-site.
• Reviewing & approving of shop drawing, material submittal & method statement for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, LPG, STP & BMS services.
• Carrying out inspection of materials, their installation and their overall performance in comparison with their specifications.
• Preparation of technical reports and documents.
• Attending technical discussions and progress meetings.
• Monitoring site inspectors.
• Testing & commissioning checks of all mechanical systems.

• M.E.P Design, Draw, and Constructing - HVAC (22300 m2 /1400 TR)
• Design, Draw, and Constructing for ( Chillers, Fan-coils, Boilers AHU’s, Turbines,
Firefighting, Drainage, Ventilating and Water supply systems)
• Modify vibration isolation system for chillers and AHU’s
• Supervision the implementation of the drawings
• In charge of receiving equipment’s related to Drawings and put directions for
installation in site and placing it in first testing system
• Supervision of follow-up designs
• Checking the performance of the equipment’s and compare it to the specification
and the conditions
• Make final hand-over of the project
• Sign a maintenance contract for one year starting from the end of the project
Designing and drawing HVAC systems for a hospital consists of 9 Floors
• Design, Draw, and Constructing for (Chillers, Boilers AHU, Plumbing, Drainage,
Ventilating and Water supply systems … etc.)
Responsible for preparing design documents that include specification, final
construction and HVAC layout design for 13 Floors (260 TR VRF Systems 6 AHU)
and BMS Systems.
• Design, draw, and constructing for (Boilers AHU, Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilating
and Water supply systems)
• Assigned the tasks of designing HVAC and utility systems like heating, cooling, and
humidity control
• Perform responsibilities of developing the design criteria to define the requirements
of the systems
• Assigned the tasks of generating conceptual design and preliminary design
documents
• Perform responsibilities of developing Utility Systems Process, HVAC Airflow
Diagrams and Instrumentation Diagrams
• Responsible for interpreting and explaining budget and scope of the project to less
experienced professionals
• Sign a maintenance contract for one year starting from the end of the project
