Managing the opening and closing procedures of the
restaurant.
* Organize and direct events, maintaining high standards of
quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
* Training and monitoring the selling and up selling with the
focus of achieving the budget.
* receiving feedback from guests.
* Setting up for special functions and occasions.
Track and control the attendance, minimizing the
overtime and assisting the managers in their duties.
* Maintain the Discipline and professionalism of all the
colleagues (Bartenders, Hostess, and waiters).
* Scheduling the staff to cover all-day operations, assisting and
placing systems in place in terms of SOP’s, SOS for better
operation and IDP’s for the deserved colleagues.

* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them
about a product or service using scripts
* Answer questions about products or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and
close sales
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Assuring daily operation of the restaurant.
* Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff
control and sales.
* Responding to customer complaints
* Maintain a close analysis of the inventory to keep a good cost
control.
Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
* Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
* Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing
additional information with restaurant patrons
