My Role: quality control within WSP/Intec - Gopa energy consulting Firm for civil activities related to the
wind turbine generators (WTG) foundations, platforms and roads, North and South substations
132/30 KV, Over Head Tower Line and O&M Building.
HMD South Satellite Revamping Project (Oil and Gas) Algeria.
• My role: Control and supervise all activities related to civil work, platforms, roads, buildings, steel structure such as pipe rack and shelters and also offsite works of pipeline ensuring that all activities are performed according to the Contract Scope of Work, Schedule, Technical specifications, QA/QC and HSE standards.
o Follow up the flow of work and report the progress,
o Handle the materials issue (submittals and approvals)
o Execute and supervise the work related to all the structure activity as per, drawings, specifications, instructions and manage manpower and equipment at site
o Coordinate between different activities and the whole process ensuring that progress of the works is in accordance with the program of works plan ensuring safe working procedures followed in accordance with the site safety plan.
o Implement other of the necessary quality procedures and method statement for the works to be carried out in each category.
o Ensure that a progress record maintained as required for planning.
o Design the Temporary works, Sites investigate and Survey, Resources allocation.
o Involved in each project phase from design through to marketing approaches, construction and
operations, ensuring that the performance is in accordance with their respective scope of services
and conditions of contract
o Responsible of Civil and Steel Erection work on site
o Preparation of As built drawings
o Participate in tendering stage and negotiation of price schedule with subcontractors
o Evaluation of progress reports, work Quantities Survey and Progress Billing Report of the project

o Preparation of administrative official letters French and English versions
o Visit of inspection on site in order to prepare the work progress report
o Coordination of design and execution issues between Contractor, Project Owner and Design office especially for the works related to the roads, sewerage system and storm water system
o Management, Survey, coordination and quality control during all project’s phases such as:
o Lot of Civil engineering Structures (Viaducts, Overpass and underpass) and hydraulic structures using reinforcement concrete, shot Crete and prestressed concrete
o Lot of Road: Earthwork, sewerage works, tubular space grid, emulsion and bituminous concrete
o Validation of Bill of Quantities of the Contractor
o Inspection of rebar and formwork of the Civil engineering Structures
o Assist to the stress test of the bridges beams
o Assist to the auscultation test for the viaducs piles
Evaluation of the Bill of work Quantities and Progress Billing Reports
o Management, supervision, coordination and quality control of the subcontractor’s civil works such as, Poles foundations, cable trenches, earthwork, etc.
o Modification of the drawings to as built drawings using Autocad Software
o Updating Project Time Schedule using MS Project Software
Responsible of undertaking inspections of site before and during activities of construction, civil engineering structures, roads and networks, reviewing materials, witnessing materials testing, compliance checks and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with specifications and relevant building and civil engineering codes
o intervene at the construction of a Dam, and a 12 km Tunnel
o intervene at the Injection (grouting) and drilling in, Tunnel, drainage gallery, dike above the floor and dam
o intervene at different quality tests related to the fresh and hard concrete such as, coring and specimen tests,
o intervene at waterproofing of the tunnel using drilled drains
o intervene at different injections works inside the tunnel
