• Managing all structure, finishing and facade activities from the scratch (design) till the finale hand over to the client (testing &commissioning) with an organization chart contains: One senior construction manager & 6 construction managers, 30 site engineer, 24 general Forman’s, 2 planners, 2 document controller, technical / supportive teams and HSE team as a direct team and a huge team of subcontractors.

• Steel structure to support the facade and other items: More than 600 hundred tons were installed as a support for façade & internal
finishing works, following the required site as‐built, design, fabrication, installations, required tests, inspections and billing procedure in
coordination with tenders.
• Façade works: Following the production and installation of facades and internal glass partitions in podium area with all required
inspections tests and handing over etc..
 BMU, building maintenance units: Following the design with engineering team and installation on site with all required tests and
coordination with façade for all types of BMU.
 Stainless Steel and glass handrails: Architraves around elevator doors, glass handrails at podium area with related calculation and
steel support (following all design issue with engineering department, material submittals, fabrication installation and inspections.
 Decorative metal works: Stairs handrails, bollards etc….. : following design, mock up samples, fabrication, installation, inspections.
 Waterproofing in wet areas & epoxy paint in parking and technical areas: following all related activities, approvals, and inspections.
 Elevators & escalators: Following the installation of all elevators (panoramic, passenger and service elevators) with all required
inspections also the installation of escalators in coordination with finishing works.
