Oussama Hussein Agha

As Executive Director of GreenHealth LLC, I led its transformation from a freelance initiative into a formally licensed civil company in April 2023. I oversee its three core branches: QITeam Consulting, focused on NGO and healthcare quality consultancy; Shabablek Club, promoting health and sustainability among youth and families; and the Green Health Institute, which advances health education and research. I spearheaded internal restructuring and developed strategic philanthropy initiatives that opened new funding channels and expanded community impact. Since 2019, Shabablek Club has implemented over 60 health and environmental activities and was awarded the Tripoli Social Leader Program prize. Under my leadership, QITeam Consulting has completed over 15 consultancy projects (detailed in the project list below) across Lebanon, the GCC, Netherlands and the U.S.

As director of two NGO branches in Beirut, I held a multifaceted role. In addition to overseeing operational functions like HR, Procurement, Finance, and Communication, I also managed programmatic aspects, including supervising Project Managers, Education, MEAL, and Mental Health coordinators.
Leading a team of 40 professionals, I coordinated the implementation of significant projects in collaboration with reputable organizations such as LHF-UNOCHA, DCA, AGED, USAID, UN Women, and ZP. Apart from ensuring transparent reporting and providing guidance to departments, I spearheaded fundraising and media efforts. This involved organizing media campaigns, bedding, open events, workshops, and more. These integrated efforts led to successful initiatives that positively impacted the communities we served.

RSN is a Lebanese humanitarian Medical Non- Profit Organization established in 1981, RSN is one of the pioneers PWD NGOs in MENA.
RSN is a part of RAHMA Medical Group (RMG) who leads a PWD Specialized Center, Specialized Hospital, Primary Health Center, Medication Company, Vocational Institute and several other projects in the Food and Beverage field.

Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization's community profile.
Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the association. Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization.
Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services
Oversee the implementation of the HR policies, procedures and practices including the development of job description for all staff & work with staff and the Board (Finance Committee) to prepare a comprehensive budget.
Administer the funds of the organization according to the approved budget & monitor the monthly cash flow.
In May 2018 the association achieved The Green Schools Certifications - Bronze.
Member in Governance Body of Rahma Medical Center (RMC).

Rahma Medical Center is a non-profit organization founded in 1990. It is recognized as one of the best rehabilitation centers in Lebanon. It has earned a good reputation in the field of rehabilitation due to the best services it offers and its patient care system. Most people choose Rahma Medical Center because of the experienced staff that provides physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, social and psychological services for patients of all ages(from children to adults).
