RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
▪ Planning the preliminary phases of tender documents, prequalification
of contractors, bidding, evaluation and awarding of project
▪ Applying value engineering principles throughout the project to
proactively meet client’s required budget and quality
▪ Monitoring the overall schedule, critical path and daily activities
▪ Keep track of the work’s progress, evaluate their KPI every quarter
▪ Reporting the project performance, progress, cost, deliverables on
weekly and monthly basis
▪ Evaluating and approving variation orders
▪ Managing and leading workforce to ensure goals are aligned to meet
company’s goal.
▪ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
