In my current position I have distinguished myself as a key individual and a devoted team member. I specialized in competency profile mapping/implementation for operators and engineers. I was utilized as a shared resource between the competency department and workforce development departments (as technical writer and for software configuration and support) among other things, which are as follows:

•Running competency profiling workshops with clients on-site to define required competencies for various roles in the organization, ranging from Technical staff (Engineers and Operators) to Administration and non-technical roles
•Working closely with clients to identify the blended learning solutions for filling gaps in the defined competencies
•Participation and management of a team of engineers for developing Technical Learning Modules (web based) for operators using Adobe RoboHelp, Articulate and various other software.
•TRACCESS Software installation and sophisticated configuring of competency map into the system


Projects: My major projects while working with PetroSkills were:
•Developing and revising competency maps (CMaps) for Engineers and Operators for upstream and downstream facilities
•Managing the upgrade of all existing CMaps to the new Agile map format
•SME and Technical Writer for developing Operations based E-learning modules for YANSAB Operators
•Generic learning module development for EQUATE
•Operations based learning module development for TASNEE Operators
•Operations based learning module development for Eastern Petrochemicals Co. - SHARQ (SABIC) Operators
•CAT Pilot Project implementation for Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) for Learning and Development for Engineers
•CAT Pilot Project implementation for MOL Pakistan for Learning and Development for Engineers
•Competency mapping of plant operations for a number of SABIC affiliates including:
