Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor procurement activities, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues to maintain project timelines.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
Mitigate risks and address contractual disputes or discrepancies in collaboration with legal and project teams.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and align procurement and contracting activities accordingly.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and related documentation.
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and contracting activities, including budget analysis, cost savings, and vendor performance evaluations.

Preparing contract program, preliminary program and baseline program for the projects.
• Preparing of construction schedule, cash flow, manpower histogram and equipment
requirements for bidding.
• Preparing and monitoring look ahead plans.
• Preparing manpower histogram as required at site.
• Preparing and evaluating Extension of Time for Project claims and delay analysis.
• Developing cash flow, progress S - curve chart to highlight the planned versus actual progress.
• Monitoring shop drawing schedule and procurement schedule through schedule.
• Reporting to the Project Manager about the current work progress and comparison between
plan and actual progress and study the impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Coordinating with the purchase department for material procurement on time.
