Role Description

•Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project.
•Manage and control the tendering process of skeleton, façade and fit-out works.
•Review and determine the selection of all consultants/contractors.
•Monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction departments.
•Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions
•Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.
•Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders and approve contractor invoices for payment.
•Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations.

Project Description:
•Three military bases, each one consists of Residential Buildings, Operation Centers, Airstrip, Auditorium, Mess Hall, Officers Club, Green Areas, Warehouses, and Utilities (STP, ROP, SUBSTATIONS, POWER PLANTS, CHILLER PLANTS, ETC).
•Client: Ministry of Defense, Strategic Missiles Force.

Role description:
•Verify, modify, and develop created designs according to site conditions and client requirements.
•Attend factory tours locally and abroad (China and Turkey) to observe products being manufactured.
•Review the documents with the contractors and respond to RFI (Request for Information).
•Review material submittals and verify that they are abiding by standards and specifications.
•Review all shop drawings submitted by the contractors and ensure that all required details are included.
•Visit the construction site regularly (On a weekly basis).
•Conduct/Attend technical meetings with other engineers to ensure that design and specifications are in place.

Project description:
•Green Oasis Compound, the project is located in Muannasiah neighborhood on Thumama road, east of Riyadh consists of 931 villas and apartments built on an area of 712, 000 SQM.

Role description:
•Managing resources and monitor construction progress.
•Planning, set up the estimates, budgets, and construction timetable.
•Ensure that HSE requirements are on-site and insure documentation turnover and project close-out.

•Crystal Towers at King Abdullah financial district KAFD project.
•Zone 1 - Parcel 1.10 consists of 5 Basements + Gr. + Two 16 and 26 storey towers.
•Gross floor area: 93000 SQM.
•Client: SBG / RIC.
•Architect: Henning Larsen Architects.
•Consultant: OMRANIA / DAR AL RIYADH.
•Management: Hill International.

Role description:
•Manage the site production, distributing and expediting of specialized manpower, materials, and equipment.
•Evaluate specifications to plan procedures, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements.
•Organize schedules and work to tight deadlines.
•Ensure that the work is being coordinated with other disciplines and liaise with the consultant on a daily basis.

•Create building designs and highly detailed drawings.
•Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
•Manage and work closely with a team of other professionals such as civil, mechanical and electrical engineers.
•Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
•Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.

•Prepare detailed drawings required for tender documents, and assist in the preparation of design development drawings.
•Prepare layout and draw preliminary sketches of the project to present to the client.
•Provide support to architects and management staff.
