• Responsible for managing the administration, maintenance, and staff welfare within the transport & housing facilities.
• Ensure that the staff accommodation is well secured; Associates are accommodated as per their entitlement in line with the company policy.
• Organize and coordinate the day-to-day operation of staff transport and accommodation including other department inquiries.
• To ensure the highest standard of overall cleanliness in the accommodation.
• Maintain up to date record of all Contracts relevant to al leased apartments and all company commercial vehicles ensure that all renewal/termination documentation is conducted on a timely manner.
• Prepare purchase order through SCM for require maintenance items, cleaning items, staff on boarding requirements and handle cash flow.
• Act immediate and timely response to emergency issues, including after duty hours on call duty.
• Organize events such as sports activities, staff parties, and annual parties and be responsible from the beginning to the end.
• Assisting the HR Team on admin work such as preparing leavers file.
