• Responsible for the construction and successful delivery of key HVDC facility components, including the Fire
Fighting Building, Diesel Generator (DG) Building, Auxiliary Transformer Foundations, Administration Building,
Control Buildings, Switchgear (SWGR) Building, GIS Building, Resistor Foundations, Spare Reactor Buildings,
Drain channel with ponds and associated cable/service tunnels with staircases.
• Managing the end-to-end execution of the HVDC Converter Station (COA-SOA Link Project under SEC),
overseeing all project phases from mobilization, construction, and commissioning to partial final handover.
• Directing and supervised a wide range of construction activities, including earthworks, shoring, dewatering,
compaction, lean and SRC concrete works, waterproofing, backfilling, precast installation, structural erection,
roadworks, asphalt paving, duct banks, drainage networks, finishing works, and external lighting systems.
• Coordinating with contractors, PMC consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with
project specifications, schedule requirements, quality standards, and budget objectives.
• Led the implementation of QA/QC management systems, including Inspection and Test Plans, method
statements, material inspections, work inspections, and ISO 9001 :2015-compliant quality processes to maintain
consistent project quality.
• Monitoring project performance identified construction risks, and proactively resolved technical and operational
challenges, implementing corrective actions to support timely and efficient project delivery.
• Facilitating multidisciplinary coordination among Civil, MEP, and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) teams, ensuring seamless
integration of project interfaces and compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Managing project documentation, progress reporting, stakeholder communications, and close-out activities,
supporting successful commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.

with Saudi Civil Defense, NEOM standards, and statutory regulations.
• Managed contractors, PMC teams, consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain schedule adherence, quality
compliance, and cost control.
• Implement QA/QC plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), method statements, and ISO-aligned audit processes.
