WalaPlus is a website and mobile app company with the core purpose of adding value to the employees of companies that we sign by bring 2-for-1 and discount offers to the market in Saudi Arabia and give new point program for the HR departments.

Responsibilities:

• Solely responsible for the portfolio of the app and website in Saudi Arabia.

• Developing and implementing regional marketing strategy, both online and offline.

• Analyzing consumer, sales and usage data to identify areas of growth and improvement, primarily using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.

• SWOT analysis of the company.

• Managing the field marketing team both online and offline, bringing merchants to our platform and app in different categories, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, the service industry, education and car care, throughout all of Saudi Arabia.

• Setting financial forecasts of revenue and sales volumes each month

• Managing all regional marketing campaigns.

• Managing all of the Quality Team to check the materials in merchant branches.

• Managing all of the Customer Service team, overseeing calls, emails and online chat.
• Monitoring and managing customer retention

• Working closely with the sales team to improve product development and sales figures.

• Managing all designers responsible for the app and website.
• Managing the content team that are responsible for the information and details of the offers.
