- Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes, and maintaining a lead database.
- Oversee day to day recruiting activities within the department.
- Coaching, mentoring and training the existing/new team members.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Lead High Volume recruitments efforts across 3 countries (India, Africa & Nepal) to source and recruit potential candidates for various projects.
- Worked closely with recruiting colleagues to come up with proper alignment, coverage and sourcing strategies to ensure all positions had a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Qualifying candidates, setting up initial phone interviews arranging phone and face-to-face interviews, negotiating compensation, extending employment offers, and starting the on-boarding process.
- Conduct recruitment agency evaluation and report on its performance to the department.
- Create a well-documented report to track all qualified candidates, interview process, feedback, and open tasks for full visibility to the recruitment department.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the needs of the organization.
- Build the company CV’s database and candidate “pool”, including strong overseas candidate pool and database to fulfill any immediate requirement from the client.
- Post and advertise jobs through various media as appropriate. (Social Media & LinkedIn, Bayt.com etc.)
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Prepare all the forms, test and questions needed for interviewing.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, on daily, weekly
and monthly basis.
- Liaise between new hires and Sponsorship department, ensuring submission of all documentation
required.
1) To handle (Assisted /Verified Assisted Services) as per the task list by calling candidates for conducting telephonic Screening/interviews.
2) Recruitment for all level of positions.
3) Sourcing of candidates from Career websites, advertisements, and internal references etc.
4) Screening, short listing and interviewing candidates.
5) Preparing job descriptions as company’s recruitment needs.
6) To follow up with clients and confirm their satisfaction on the short listed CV’s
7) Ensure user understands benefits of using website tools and basic functions.
8) To leverage this relationship ultimately to promote bayt.com products and services and motivate repeat client usage (RENEWALS).
9) To motivate clients to recommend Bayt.com through positive word-of-mouth(REFERRALS),
10) To promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com
11) To continuously conduct market research on client’s needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt.com offerings.
12) Product / system training for all the new joiners and the end-user.

a)Provide excellent customer service within the targeted guidelines and stringent monitoring standards set forth by the department to preserve the company image while providing excellent customer service.
b)Handling inbound calls from customers with queries on the services provided by the company.
c)Providing customers with the best available option from a wide variety of services, which also include addition and cancellation of services OTA \[over the air\].
d)Help resolve any service /or billing related issues being faced by subscribers, as well as, explaining the billing details as requested by the customers.
e)Possess excellent knowledge of the CRM system.
f)Escalate issues to the Helpdesk if resolution is not possible while the customer is on the line.
a)Update records in URM (universal Record Management)
b)Preparing barcode, update URM number report in Excel sheet and send to management
c)Receive container, check documents, container number, number of pallets or box inform to manager about the summary
d)Verification of the inventory report and preparation of box, check each and every folder
e)Weekly graph should be submit to supervisor, (number of box and file per week)
f)Weekly reports, number of box, number of folders send to HQ
g)Find the discrepancy before sending to shipment, verification of documents, shipping record and container number.
h)Receive Daily report (Situation Report) from co-worker, make a summary and submit to management
