Key Duties & Results: o Learn and acquire new technical skills and soft skills o Preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, and claims. o Verifying and examination of all accounting documents. o Invoicing through the Integrated Financial Management Information System. o Assist in the validation of payment through the IFMIS system. o Preparation of Authority to Incur Expenditures (AIEs) and their timely issuance to the spending points. o Vote book management, data capture process, payroll reconciliation, record keeping, and Cash management. o Preparation of financial statements and preparation of books of accounts
o Accounts registry and office filling.
