I work as an inbound customer service representative catering one of the biggest telecommunication company in Canada, Telus. We serve client's concerns regarding their postpaid and prepaid cellphone and mobile internet service, helping them manage their account by analyzing what rate plan or features will be the best for their business/personal needs. We also help clients with basic troubleshooting, making payments, and renewals of their service. As a Client Business Analyst II, I also serve as a mentor to my team mates/new hires helping them with difficult tasks/requests from customers.
I'm an undergraduate with 15 units left but I've undergone internships for Advertising, Radio/TV Broadcasting and Film. In 2010 we joined the 1st Philippine National Police Film Festival and won 9 out of 10 awards including Best Screenplay and Best Film whereas I was the writer and Production Manager Head, managing the staff and crew of our production as well as the mainstream actors namely; Ricky Davao, Melissa Mendez and Richard Quan. I also won an award for Best in Production Design for our TV Commercial in 2010 for the Annual Masscomm Awards and our film entry IDOL won as Best Film whereas I was the Production Manager.
