Responsible to edit, author and negotiate design specifications.
Design of parts & assemblies for High speed sheet metal forming presses.
Modifications of the existing design for quality improvements, feature enhancements and also cost reduction of the existing project & Implementation of value engineering in products.
Create Model, Cross Check the model as per customer requirements, Analyzing, Drafting and generate CNC Code, by using Creo Parametric, Ansys, NX CAM and Auto CAD.
Experience in Operating and programming of CNC Machine like CNC Punching machine, NC Bending Machine and proficient in operating AMADA AP100 (Punching machine programming software and NX CAM)
Experience in inspection of various jobs and got the knowledge of all the measuring instruments like profile projector. Widely use to with QC instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Slip gauge, try square, Bore gauge and angle protector (for check the hole diameter, shaft outer diameter, angle, parallelism, right angle, plate thickness and linear dimension without any measuring error.
Operation and Maintenance in Communication Racks, Diesel Generators, Power Panel
Preparing Preventive Maintenance (PM) Report and take necessary action to avoid future problems of generators, Battery, Radiator and Water pumps.
