• Coordination with all division of GPD for their material, parts, Equipment hire and other service requirement for Tower cranes, Machineries, Vehicles and overall supervision of its movement.
• Coordination with Purchase Department & GPD for the LPO’s and other approvals.
• Communicate with supplier for material and other service for GPD.
• Material collection and submission of all documents to the store departments as per the LPO’s demands.
• Coordination with supplier and Accounts department for payment related issues.
• Coordination with other business unit of the company
• Prepare required report and material update and other account payable requirements Competencies required
• Good Coordination for the job with internal divisions and Purchase & Accounts Planning the Procurement schedules for completion of target on time.
• Coordinating with supplier and division for clarification and finalization of pending issues.
