Planning and controlling change.
Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations,
procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of
available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for
recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Day to day construction & supervision of all activities related to Structural works, Road works i.e. Excavation, Embankment, Sub base, Asphalt, processing & production of Fill material from crushers & screens
Coordination with Client/Consultants for the approvals of day to day activities.
Planning and Monitoring of site activities to achieve the targets as per monthly programme.
Manage site activities according the monthly programme.
Ensure the proper utilization of Equipment, manpower and materials. Co-ordinate with Client, Consultant & Sub-contractors.
Preparation of Area Balance Sheet to submit P.M/G.M for monitoring the work progress on daily basis.
