• Assist the Commercial manager to assess the cost and revenue of the project to make sure the cost commitments are in line with the project budgets.
• Evaluate the interim and final accounts under the Main Contract and Subcontracts as directed.
• Subcontract management: Evaluate and certify subcontractor’s interim payment application, assess variation and claim and prepare and agree with subcontractor their final account once their scope is finished.
• Forecast monitoring and prepare accruals.
