Receiving & issuing:

• Verifying all supplier invoices & ( price, material, qty, etc )
• Checking the receipt of goods (advanced paid bills )
• All departments stock journals on daily basis.
• Manual stock updating offset, flexo & gravure. (out wards ) ( stock register )
• Finding the row material consumption data’s from the each department for the stock transferring job wise
• Job wise Stock transferring Offset, Flexo & Gravure.
• Manufacturing stock journal Offset & flexo, Gravure in Tally.

Reports:

• Physical stock tacking reports.
• Monthly RMC
• Job wise RMC offset department.
• Physical offset paper and boards stock report with ageing.
• Daily material inwards report to the purchasing department.
• Finished Goods & Work In Progress Maintain & Updated In System (Offset & Flexo)

Other:

• Controlling warehouse & maintain.
• Over roll controlling all activities in the stores.
• Inventory controlling ( minimum stock level, FIFO, stock ageing )
• Controlling the movement of material in stores
• Coordinating with purchasing department. (material receipt, stock enquiry)
