Heading Financial Services division, having a total of 75 staffs.Tracking and monitoring the impact of the Group Payroll dept for the group which consist of over 3500 staffs.Knowledge in Treasury and banking for letter of credits, arrangement of credit facilities and fund management and Fund Transfers.
Experienced in the filed of acquisitions, mergers, new company formations etc.
Credit management, to look into the credit period, terms and conditions and taking the maximum benefit from the suppliers.Group Expense management with budgetary control.To manage Central purchases, Group central payments, Group Payroll, Tagging dept. and other related areas like passport control, Etisalat, travel desk, hotel projects, , etc…. Manage and participate in statutory audit and annual budgets; forecast funds. Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff responsible for providing accounting and financial services within the organization.Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of financial service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor work load, administrative and support systems, identify opportunities for improvement and review with the GCFO to implement improvements. Review financial calculations and projections of accounting staff; assist with the development of project proposals and contracts. Prepare/update financial services policy, procedures, and methods of operations. Plan, direct, coordinate and review the financial reporting, Group purchases, Central payments, Group payroll, Watch div, Tagging dept and reporting functions; directs the related reporting requirements and monitors compliance with federal, state and local regulations; assists Human Resources with payroll and compensation and benefit related issues as needed. Heading the Award team for “The sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award”, Dubai Quality award, Retail me awards 2008. Damas being winner in all the above awards.
