Projects handled
a) Nasr Full Field Project (NFFD) Package 3- A brown field project to expand crude oil processing capacity of the
Umm shaif plant to handle the oil produced at Nasr field.
b) P Das Project - Power transmission at 132KV from P-DAS substation to Nasr field
c) 4GTG Project - A green field project to generate 132MW power to meet load requirement at Nasr Field
d) Successfully completed Bu Haseer project Early Production Scheme (EPS) - a brown field project to
expand the facilities to meet the crude oil produced at Bu Haseer field
Nature of Duties :
• Daily site visits to ensure that the Contractors are following the approved drawings, applicable standards
and specifications, method statements and ITPs
• Carrying out inspections at various stages of the execution of the projects
• Review and preparation of comments on Engineering Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Material inspection
reports
• Review and approval of Method Statements and ITPs submitted by the Contractor
• Progress monitoring and expediting
• Participating in Weekly and monthly meetings with client and contractors.
• Constant liaisioning with Client for shut down of existing piping and Equipment facilities to carryout modifications
and extensions necessary
• Construction supervision of piping, equipment and pumps, equipment internal works etc
for Petro chemical fluidized catalytic cracking (PFCC) unit, PFCC, with design capacity of 2.2 million TPA it can produce
about 20% of its product as polymer-grade propylene, apart from almost 25% of product as LPG. MRPL at Mangalore (India)
Monitored the overall PFCC Unit mechanical activities, construction management, coordination with client and
contractor, contract handling, Conducting Job safety Analyses (TRA) and ensuring the Works are executed as per
approved design and standard, conducting periodic audit etc
Project Management consultancy for CDU/VDU Refinery project Bharat Oman Refinery Project,
Bina, INDIA.Joint venture of Bharat petroleum corporation and Oman refinery with design capacity of 6 MTPA.
