HSE Engineer - Offshore (Jan 2012 to Till Date)
Construction of Artificial Islands Dredging and Reclamation Project, Upper Zakum, Abu Dhabi.
Capacity Enhancement of Epichlorohydrine production +30K from the existing plant.
Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning strategy defined in Core Test Plan and familiar with all aspects of project process design and mechanical equipment.
Project Management of Change Procedure and Site Change Control and Technical Queries procedure.
Ensure all relevant As-Built Drawings / Documents are marked up by Process commissioning team as defined in project As-Built Procedure
Ensure safety critical Process equipment meets the performance standards defined in project standard of performance.
Carried out studies and develop the process schematics for engineering projects and process simulations and optimization studies for entire process. Review and up gradation of PFD, P&ID. Flow schemes with mass balances, equipment sizes and Hazop and other related feasibility studies
Review/approve and supervise the design and installation of minor temporary commissioning systems / supplies.
Implementing Process Safety Management Systems, Safe Start-up & Shut down of Process Plants and monitoring the plant to ensure Compliance on Process Safety.
Inspection to meet the HSE Strategic Objectives and KPIs in HSE.
Emergency procedures & review evacuation plan.
Improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes; contributing information and opinion to unit design and modification teams.
Ensure the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility by working closely with process operators/engineers; investigating complaints and suggestion; completing trouble shooting procedures.
Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results, investigating plant problems, consulting with the process supervisors and operators and completing troubleshooting procedures.
Optimizing production by analyzing processes and compiling de-bottleneck studies and supervising plant operations
