Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes.
Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data.
Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts.
Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements.
Oversee recruitment, training and performance appraisals for associates.
Educate associates about company policies.
Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities.
Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues.

Guide IT asset associate in the daily administration of the asset management activities
Develop and maintain supplier base with input from internal procurement business partners.
Ensure to develop and maintain communally beneficial strategic relations with vendors.
Define and head key complicated projects to implement procurement strategies.
Respond to specialized user groups requirements consisting of satisfaction with vendor selection and service.
Plan and negotiate organizational broad agreements reducing risk.
Estimate and resolve execution barriers on time.
Develop and maintain professional business relations with key external and internal stakeholders.
Identify needs, reduce unwanted product and service demand.
Ensure to accomplish IT procurement business goals and objectives.
Ensure engagement of main stakeholders early for strategic sourcing process
Project- IT Assets Management, IT configuration Management, IT Change Management, IT incident Management.
Project Description- The aim of this project is to keep track of all the IT assets which are connected in the network right from the procurement till disposal of the same. All the assets information shall be collected from three different sources namely RIM, PC Inventory Manager Wizard and Assignment Web Registration. And the same will be populated in a queue called “Asset Candidate”. After validation, the information of these assets will be manually moved to a database called “Portfolio”. Once if a new asset has been added to the portfolio, the asset information will be updated automatically by a special tool installed in every PC.
Responsibility: Data maintenance For Asset Management, RFC creation and Data loading for change and configuration management respectively.
Reconciliation of the Assets through Asset Authority tool for Quality Tracking (Asset Database in CRM tool)
Remotely Took transitioned Asset Management functions/processes for various locations in Bangalore
Managing and Monitoring Stock Levels at the stock locations
Ordering the Assets and peripherals through Vendor portals
Taking Requests for equipment and allocate stock through Remedy 4 tool and that allocation will be updated in Asset Database Asset Authority
Creating tickets to Site engineer for any stock task activities through CRM tool
Coordinating with Site engineer for Stock check, move stock; receive stock, Site audit and validation of the Asset tags
Validating Certificate of Acceptance (COA) with the equipment received from the vendor by.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for stock and asset management
Develop strategic plans & implement the objectives of the IT needs of the company to ensure the computing capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth & objectives.
Develop & Maintain IT budget & IT Purchasing & Budget Management.
Develop & establish operating policies, ITIL practices, internal controls & best practice approaches for computing and IT systems/services; Evaluate overall operations of computing and IT functions & recommend enhancements.
Work with the Chief Operating Officer & Finance Director as the IT Steering Committee providing advice on developments. Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions, integrations in support of business goals & objectives
Review and approve major contracts for computing, IT services & equipment; Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines & IT equipment
Processing Data Maintenance for IT Asset Management.
Configure the priority of a CI unavailability record based on the unavailability class (Incident or Change), and type (scheduled or unscheduled).
Configure the approval process for configurations.
Preparing Dashboard, weekly and monthly reports.
Data Loads to load the data into the Asset Management Database through Connect-IT scenarios for IT configuration management.
Maintaining the contract data.
Making sure that customers are renewing or renegotiating their contracts.
Managing inventory.
Creating purchase requisitions.
Reconciling CIs and marking duplicates for deletion.
