Preparation of Variation & get Certification from the Engineer / Employer.
Rate analysis for the varied work.
Preparing Monthly (interim) valuations & final account and get certifications in accordance with Contract.
Reviewing Site Instructions/Inspection reports/Engineer Instructions/ shop drawing comments and submits variation and delay notifications to the Engineer in accordance with Condition of Contract if applicable.
Reviewing Sub Contractor’s claim and issue payment certificate as per sub contractor’s contract agreement.
Budget preparation, Compared the actual cost against budget and exercised control of budgets
Preparation of cash flow,
Project analysis and forecasting with CPI & SPI,
Preparation of documents for Litigation / arbitration.
Regular communications with project management team to ensure commercial controls are in place.
Undertook Work measurements (POMI/CESMM3) and prepared monthly valuation
