• Propose and implement all organizational design and change efforts that drive business efficiency and build
organizational capability.
• Distribute employee surveys and conduct interviews to assess the organization today and identify development
needs.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Meet with the hiring manager to understand the exact content of the job in order to establish the qualifications
needed and desirable skills.
• Inquire about the salary range available for a particular job type in advance of the job recruitment process.
• Establish the recruitment plan for a particular job.
• Prioritize the candidate search process to ensure that the organization’s most critical business needs are met.
• Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels, covering
(UAE, KSA & international operations).
• Head hunting calls across different parts of the world.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels and reaching out to prospects via email or phone.
• Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals.
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and following up when necessary.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
• Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
