Edit existing policies and draft new ones on anti-fraud and corruption, whistleblowing and integrity, conflict of interest and accountability for affected populations.
Organize workshop for Lebanese selected sector stakeholders on BIEE issues related to each sector, namely Manufacturing, Agro-Food Processing, Knowledge Economy and Services, Tourism and Hospitality

Devise advocacy campaigns, or contribute to existing ones, in target countries, to mobilize the public and employers of migrant workers
Collaborate with social partners, CSO and media, to address discriminatory attitudes and actions against migrant workers
Coordinate the project's information management, communication and media related initiatives, including preparation of press releases and statements
Prepare and contribute to needs based capacity building through seminars, workshops, technical meetings and training courses as necessary throughout the implementation of the project, while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
Undertake technical advisory missions, in particular in relation to the advocacy and training component of the project, to the countries covered by the project
Perform liaison work with stakeholders
Contribute to TORs for consultancies and other contracts, monitor quality of work
Collect, review and analyse data, manage information and document good practices and lessons learnt
Contribute technical inputs to ILO office documents including but not limited to the draft of factsheets on the rights of migrant and domestic workers in eight Arab countries (Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrein, Qatar, UAE, KSA and Oman) in English and Arabic
Implement legal services components across multiple departments and locations in Lebanon
Develop and implement legal programming
Directly supervise Legal Staff and consultants and support Protection Managers
Develop effective training materials and build the capacity of IRC Staff
Provide technical guidance to IRC staff
Connect with counterparts like INGOs, Local NGOs, governmental and other stakeholders like UNHCR and General Security Office
Coordinate advocacy plans and initiatives on legal issues of importance and concern
Research relevant national and international legislation applicable to vulnerable populations
Create leaflets on personal status registration, labour law and child protection legislation addressed to persons of concern
Create SoPs with regard to the implementation of legal activities
Act as UNHCR’s counsel on legal issues on behalf of the IRC as a legal partner, providing legal opinions and recommendations on Lebanese administrative and constitutional law in conjunction with international norms, conflict of law and jurisdiction and HLP regulations
Identify and register asylum seekers and refugees to manage their expectations on protection, assistance and durable solutions, in accordance with UNHCR policies and standards
Counsel refugees on their rights as per the 1951 Convention in conjunction with local regulations and follow-up on individual cases
Identify vulnerable asylum-seekers/refugees and refer cases to relevant stakeholders/Units in an accurate and timely manner
Insure quality and integrity of information captured at registration and data update
Translate and interpret when needed
Development, review and implementation of ACF HR policy for Lebanon Mission in the framework of HR guidelines, IRR, ACF Charter
Coordination of recruitment, selection, placement, transfer and promotion process of local staff
Mainstream use of SharePoint and GESPRA at mission level for HR Management
