Employee Relationship Management
Work closely with the Program Leader and other senior managers in the program to ensure a balance in HR & Operations communication and that Company policies are adhered to in the Program.

Timely closure of Performance Enhancement Program cases for Junior Analyst to Senior Analysts pool on an average of 10% of the population.
Close Background Verification cases for Employees in the Program where Insufficiency/Discrepancy has been identified through proper interrogation and evidences presented by the employee and ensure proper decision.
MIS
Ensure that all trackers like Grievance, PIP, Scorecard, Budget Management program wise etc., are updated on a real time basis and shared with the Managers and other stakeholders
Create all necessary reports and dashboards required for each program/process area.
REWARDS & RECOGNITION
Drive Rewards & Recognition in the program to recognize & reward contribution and achievement to motivate higher performance levels
Maintain Budget allocation of Spot Reward activity of the program on Monthly basis.
