Internship focused on communication through PR & social media. Major Contributions included:
•Strategic thinking: Assisting in planning for a 360 awareness campaign for Pharma (Novartis) on Psoriasis, and introduction of a new masonry product for Holcim
•Media Relations for events pertaining to Healthcare (Sanofi Ramadan diabetes), and media profiling VOLVO Sweden press trip
•Content development: including generate and translate video edits, newsletters, Fact sheets, releases for diversified clients such as Red academy, Roche, VOLVO & GROHE
•Admin for client servicing: contributed in contact report for meetings, phone calls
•Media Monitoring: assessing ROI versus set KPIs for several clients in diversified areas such as healthcare (Sanofi), Automotive (Volvo coverage repot on Polestar S60 & V60)
•House of content for social media for Facebook page on several clients including NGOs (Yaduna), Automotive (Volkswagen), F&B (Lord of the Wings)
: main responsibilities involved:
•Data entry on Orange accounting 2000 program including sales, purchase, invoicing for wholesalers and customers, TVA (accounting)
•Direct interaction with customers from different socio-economic and religious segments, & managing stock updates for co-workers and employers
•This position helped me acquire diversified skills such as time management, work under pressure, respect deadlines and communicate in a professional environment as a team player
: main contributions consisted of
• On- site interaction in supermarkets for several brands i.e. Baygon, Kiss Mix
•This position helped me be exposed to research, and enhance my persuasive skills
dealing with insurance companies (i.e. Bankers, Arope etc.), spare part suppliers (Bassoul Heneini, service centers), and customers
