Overall Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Administrative positions (Staff)
Streamlining recruitment lead time and delivering on vacancy requirements.
Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements
Prepare recruitment materials, devise, administer and evaluate selection processes including interviews, tests and questionnaires.
Interview candidates and provide recruitment assessments to the concerned Business Unit.
Negotiate compensation & benefits and terms & conditions of proposed candidate offer letters with Employees, Senior Executives & the Employee Relations Department
Responsible for all joining formalities for candidates are completed efficiently.
Prepare periodical recruitment status and activity reports
Verification of references, negotiating on job offer with candidates to facilitate the selection procedures for the company
Employee induction and Orientation - Plan induction Program, Deliver induction training, and Imbibe organization’s key beliefs and core values to all new employees.
Handling a team of 3 members.
Account Manager for more than 10+ clients.
Building applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, portals, social networking sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
'Cold calling' companies to generate new business.
Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
Building relationships with employers and job seekers
Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Keeping records and negotiating fees
Responsible for office administration.
An enthusiastic team oriented member of ITeS/BFSI vertical with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interact with the client during the final discussions of the contract signing with the BD person.
Understanding the client’s requirements and their role in the execution of the assignment,
deliverables, the time frame etc.
Handle all the client interfaces after signing of the contract.
Tracking and follow up ‘collections’.
Ensure that the assignment gets completed / managed in an ongoing way to the satisfaction of the client.
Resume database management (Updating / maintenance according to the procedure.
Candidate interface and nurturance.
Resume short listing - speak to candidates and validate interest on a particular assignment with the client
Sourcing and validating of CVs for all levels of management.
Updating of all records and client anchoring.
