Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
•Install the insurance program for each user and for the company’s agents abroad
•Install printers, scanners and other accessories
•Solve daily users’ problems
•Report daily bugs for existing process
•Report complex problems to Software Company.
•Configure email server (currently Mdeamon) according to Internet Provider coordinates (currently Cyberia).
•Working on reports related to the government and solving the problem and difference if it exists
•Sending monthly SMS to insured who should renew HI-policy by using specific software
•Back up for all emails and databases
•Maintain stable company software and follow up with the provider: new request, modifications, and problem solutions
•Working on the company's website and helping the service provider
•Ensure Network maintenance (Computers’ IP conflicts, Printers’ IP networks, activity and usage of Network)
•Configure Servers and Computers Real IPs for direct access from outside the company
•Manages the daily operations and future growth of the Web site, including content development, outreach, and technical support (Post to site
*Working on other software related to HR and attendance
*Working on interfaces between insurance software and mobile app

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
•Data Entry of all Call Reports and Preventive Maintenance Checklists.
•Assets capturing when needed (inventory of the site equipments, creation of bar codes and labeling the equipment with the related bar codes).
•Issues reports & queries from the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
