The hotel’s signature restaurant 144 seatings serves authentic Thai cuisine prepared in the vibrant setting of open-plan kitchens.
Assist with the Outlet Manager in setting, maintaining and improving service standards. Responsible for training, co-operation and smooth running of the outlet, checking that all equipment is in working order; inspecting all facilities; and taking action to ensure that the outlet is visually appealing and attractive to guests and follows-up on work orders so that repairs and maintenance of facilities are completed on a timely basis.
Responsible for looking after guests and attending to their needs during their visit. Welcoming them to the restaurant, escorting them to their table and also informing them of any special offers or meals. Duties: Providing a warm welcome for customers. Receive food & drink orders & serve customer requests to the standards required plus building relationships with regular customers.
