Title: Campaign Reconciliation Coordinator
Coordination of ad campaigns under different media distribution entities including OMD, PHD, Accuen and Resolution.
Digital media coordination and document reconciliation with external and internal suppliers.
Monitoring of different ad campaigns.
Ensure the ad campaigns are reported under proper entities.
Ensure the campaigns are run for the decided time-period.
Follow-up with different suppliers for the invoices and coordination with the finance team.
Saving the campaign related invoices in respective folders for easy accessibility.
Ensure a strong data base which is easily accessible and referred.

of the attendance details etc.

invoices and receipts.
- Assigned the tasks of writing original text content for different sites.
- Managed online publishing of articles and press releases.
- Handled the task of writing unique titles and descriptions for various web pages.
- Handled the responsibilities of reviewing and editing articles to ensure quality of the articles.
